Executive Chairman & President
Mr. Vizi has served as our Executive Chairman & President since June of 2018. Previously, Mr. Vizi served as our Chairman of the Board since September of 2015 and a board member since December of 2013. Mr. Vizi’s significant public company experience is particularly valuable in the areas of strategy, capital allocation, compensation planning, corporate governance and marketing the Company to the investment community.
- Since February of 2016, Mr. Vizi has served as a member of the Board of Directors at L.B. Foster (NASDAQ: FSTR), a leading manufacturer, fabricator, and distributor of products and services for the rail, construction, energy and utility markets with locations in North America and Europe.
- Mr. Vizi founded Legion Partners Management, Inc. in 2010 and Legion Partners Asset Management, LLC in 2012, where he served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager until October 2017. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Vizi was an investment professional at Shamrock Capital Advisors, Inc. (“Shamrock”), the alternative investment vehicle of the Disney Family. Prior to Shamrock, from 2006 to 2007, Mr. Vizi was an investment professional with the private equity group at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors L.P.
- Mr. Vizi is a CFA Charterholder and graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Division President, Engineering Services
Frank Petraglia has served as our Division President of Engineering Services since June 2018. From December 2014 until June 2018 he was the Senior Vice President of our Energy Services Group. Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Petraglia spent the last ten years in leadership positions with Siemens Energy and Mitsubishi Electric Power Products.
He has extensive experience with highly engineered systems, including serving as the Vice President of High Voltage Solutions for Siemens US and General Manager of the Substation Division for Mitsubishi.
Division President, Health Care Services
Michael Saks has served as our Division President of Health Care Services since June 2018. From May 2007 to June 2018 he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of our Health Care Services Division. From January 1994 until May 2007 he was the Vice President and GM of our Health Care Services Division.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Saks served as a corporate executive at MS Executive Resources, MA Management and Group 4 Executive Search. Mr. Saks has over 31 years of executive management, sales and recruiting experience.
Vice President, Health Care Services
Marc Chafetz has worked with RCM Health Care Services since graduating from college in 1995. He started his career with RCM as a recruiter and after years of dedication and service was promoted to Vice President in 2007. Marc’s expertise in recruitment, systems design, and marketing has been key to RCM’s expansion as a business.
As an acting industry leader, Marc continues to lead RCM Health Care Services to new heights producing year over year growth for the company. “When placing a candidate, it is imperative to find the right balance between fulfilling specific requests as desired by our prestigious clients and finding a placement that suits each candidate’s professional skills and personal career goals.”
Marc received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware and his dual degree MBA in Marketing and Management from Fordham University.
Group Sr. Vice President, Life Sciences & IT Services
Bill Gargano has served as our Group Senior Vice President of IT and Life Sciences Services Division since December 2020. Mr. Gargano served as Senior Vice President of our Life Sciences Practice from May 2018 to December 2020. Mr. Gargano has extensive international experience having lived and managed overseas operations in Asia, Europe, and South America.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Gargano served in various C Level and executive management positions at CGI, Collaborative Consulting, Taratec Development, and DMR. Mr. Gargano has over 30 years of management, operations, sales, and Life Sciences Regulatory experience.
Executive Vice President, Aerospace
Tina Ciocca has served as our Executive Vice President of Aerospace since March of 2021. Previously, as President of Butler America, Inc., Tina was a key driver in developing a strategic vision to build and grow the company. Tina has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and military aerospace markets. She has been deeply engrained in the aerospace industry for over 30 years and was previously employed by OEMs such as Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft, and other engineering service providers. Her strategic business plan included delivering value-added, technical solutions to the company’s customers while cultivating the company’s branding and market focus. She was also involved in many M&A activities, which acquisitions helped bring the company into other industries such as energy and higher-level technical services.
Tina strives to enhance relationships and build an excellent reputation, stressing integrity, honesty, and fairness. She attributes her success to hard work, tenacity, and drive for building long-term customer relationships.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin D. Miller has served as our Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since October 2008. From July 1997 until September 2008, he was Senior Vice President of RCM. From 1996 until July 1997, Mr. Miller served as an Associate in the corporate finance department of Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated.
From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Miller was a business consultant for the Wharton Small Business Development Center. Mr. Miller previously served as a member of both the audit and corporate finance groups at Ernst & Young LLP.
